Preheat your oven to 425F

Line your sheet pan with some parchment paper

Wash and scrub your potatoes.

Set up a sturdy cutting board and cut up your potatoes (I like more of the shoestring fries size)

Spread them out on your baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil. You could toss in some salt and your favorite seasoning, I love 21 seasoning salute from Trader Joes. To make them extra gourmet, you could even add some fresh chopped garlic and fresh rosemary. Get into a single layer.

Put them in the oven and bake! I’d set the timer for 20 minutes and then start checking for doneness. Since the thickness is going to be different, and ovens vary. – You can toss them around after about 15 minutes or so.

Once they look crispy, they are ready to enjoy
