This particular program is not specifically geared towards weight loss, however it is a surprising side effect.

 

Are there age restrictions for participants?

 

Yes. We don’t recommend this to children and teens. The parents can benefit from incorporating many suggestions into their family routines.

 

I have physical limitations – can I still follow the program?

 

Absolutely. The program covers a wide variety of aspects of life. We always recommend consulting with your physician prior to making drastic changes to your diet and physical activity.

 

I simply don’t have the time to learn. Why will THIS work for me? 

 

Our proven method of short weekly modules will not feel overwhelming at all! You’ll have about 10-15 minutes of reading and some work sheets with simple action steps to implement throughout the week.
